1. About the Service
Contentqrappteam ("the Platform") is operated by FRST Media Europe B.V. ("we", "us"), registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 80008798) at Keizersgracht 268, 1016EV Amsterdam. The Platform provides access to two content services: an audiobooks library (powered by Bookworldkids, a RedLeads BV brand) and a movies library (powered by Alltimeflix, a RedLeads BV brand). By subscribing to either service, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Audiobooks Service — Billing & Access
- Price: €3.07 for 30 days access
- This is a one-time payment — there is no automatic renewal
- Payment is charged to your mobile phone account through carrier billing
- No credit card is required
- Access expires after 30 days; you may purchase again at that point if you choose
- No cancellation is required — the access period ends automatically with no further charges
3. Movies Service — Billing & Cancellation
- Price: €6.14 per month
- This is a recurring monthly subscription — it renews automatically each month
- Payment is charged to your mobile phone account through carrier billing
- No credit card is required
- To cancel, send STOP to the short code provided in your welcome SMS. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no further charges will apply

4. Content Access
Both services are accessible via mobile browser — no app download is required. Content is provided by Bookworldkids (audiobooks) and Alltimeflix (movies) respectively. All content is for personal, non-commercial use only. The content catalogue is updated regularly; specific titles are not guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.
5. Intellectual Property
All content accessible through Contentqrappteam — including audiobooks, film titles, images and recordings — is protected by copyright and owned by FRST Media Europe B.V. or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from any content accessed through the Platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your access credentials or subscription with persons outside your household
- Attempt to circumvent billing, access controls, or geographic restrictions
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Use either service for any commercial purpose
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform
7. Refunds
The one-time audiobook charge (€3.07) is generally non-refundable once access has been granted. Monthly movie charges are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact info@contentqrappteam.com and we will review your case.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons without liability for any resulting inconvenience.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FRST Media Europe B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by SMS before material changes take effect. Continued use of either service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
