Cancel Your Movies Subscription
The Movies subscription (€6.14/month) renews automatically. To cancel, send STOP to the short code provided in your welcome SMS. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further monthly charges will apply.
If you cannot find the short code or need assistance, email info@contentqrappteam.com with your mobile number and we will cancel on your behalf.
Audiobooks Access
The Audiobooks service (€3.07 for 30 days) is a one-time payment with no automatic renewal — there is nothing to cancel. Your access expires after 30 days. If you have not received access after payment, please contact us at info@contentqrappteam.com.

Email us at info@contentqrappteam.com with your mobile number and the service you subscribed to. We'll investigate and restore access promptly.
I didn't mean to subscribe to Movies. Can I get a refund?
Cancel immediately by sending STOP to the short code in your welcome SMS, then contact us. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Does the Audiobooks access renew automatically?
No. The €3.07 charge is a one-time payment. After 30 days your access ends — there is no automatic renewal.
